We promise it won’t be like other training your team has been to. We are really looking forward to sharing the experience with you and your team.

So that you can feel best prepared we have created a DBL Humane Presentations, Virtually Anywhere  2 HR Experience – ROAD MAP below. This will give you all the information you need to make sure everything goes smoothly.

1. LET’S CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING

All bookings are confirmed once the quote we sent you has been accepted. 

2. SEND YOUR TEAM AN INVITATION TO THE EVENT

Time to invite the team!!

In your invitation to the team, it is great if you can set the context of the training, why you are doing it right now, why it is important now and link it to any other organisational initiatives it supports. 

Create a calendar event with the meeting details & send an invite out to your team. Please also invite your host michael@deepbluelearning.com.au, that double confirms the session in our diaries. 

You can include a link to our website www.deepbluelearning.com.au if you like so the team can have a sneak peek about who we are before the session.

3. CONFIRM WHO IS COMING

So we can prepare and ensure your team has the best experience, we need the emails of all participants who will be attending 3 days prior to the training date. Please send all participants’ email addresses in one email to michael@deepbluelearning.com.au

Michael will then send an email to all participants 24 hours before the session to say hello and let them in on a few things.

4. ENSURE YOUR TEAM GETS THE MOST OUT OF THE HUMANE EXPERIENCE

It is great if someone can introduce the reason and context of the training as per the invitation at the start of the session.

Then Introduce Michael (Just quickly and it does not have to be EXACTLY this, it is just a guide, say whatever you like!)

Michael has spent about 20 years helping people take the “what” of their content and develop it into a memorable experience for their audience. (who knew that would even be a job?!). Today he will spend some time with us to help us make our presentations/training sessions/workshops a more engaging experience for us and our audiences. There will be some specific techniques and ideas, as well as some challenges for us about how we normally go about developing a presentation/training session/workshop.
